Just like family...almost

Over the weekend we had Lyndsay, Lorence, and Jieret Jimenez come and stay with us.  It was great.  Almost like having family come and stay with us.

We went to the beach, twice, fed the ducks, twice, us girls (Kim, Lyndsay, and Sharon) got to go out to the movies.  We had big buffet meals and late night DVD movie nights at home and regretted it all in the morning when the kids were all up at 5:30am...but it was so much fun when the strawberry pancakes finally came off the skillet.  We really ought to do be doing it more often.  And, if your own wanderings bring you up (or down) to Woy Woy, with a bit of warning, you're welcome over anytime.  We have a spare bedroom, an extra bathroom and a small wooden dunny out back...

Amelia trying to keep up with Lorence and Isobel.

Lyndsay and Jieret ("Jet") and soon to be baby Jimenez!  (Bad picture, I know, but it's difficult trying to take photos when you have a toddler or two grabbing for the camera.)

Joseph Smith (aka "Jo Jo") almost ready to head for the water.

Jo Jo after the water and nap...check out that cool az hair!!

And one of the duck feeding excursions...poor Amelia stuck in her pram

Next time, I'll be sure to take the camera out more.  Because even the everyday boring stuff is worth capturing.  (and hopefully lil' Milz will enjoy them one day)
